Started my running journey way back in 2016 to maintain good health, and I have been into competitive running since 2019.


I was struggling to reduce my weight and build lean muscle as it’s the most important part of distance running. Though I was putting in huge volumes in my training cycle it was always a struggle for me to achieve my ideal weight. I have known Tim Tim for 4-5 months now Since she’s an athlete herself and a certified nutritionist, I had put forward my goals and she was ready to help me achieve them.

I started off when I was close to 68 kilos and saw no improvement for close to a year, it was astounding in just over a month I could see the results, and even recent studies have shown that your diet is more important in your weight loss journey as compared to the amount of exercise that you do every day, it proved quite right in my journey.


I started working with Timtim from the month of April and I had TCS coming up in the month of May, just over a month after signing up I was close to 3 kilos lighter by the race day and it helped running a 40 min – 10K.


Timtim’s approach is quite unique, since me and my wife started our journey together, it has been only simple home-cooked food no fads like we have seen in the past.

Today with 4 months progressing I’m currently 60.5 kgs and more importantly, I feel stronger and more energetic throughout the day, and my running feels a lot easier than before

Review Post - Who is a good coach:

1. A coach who motivates you, guides you, brings in accountability
2. Most important - a coach who doesn't injure you
3. There are a lot of coaches out in this world who would make you run crazy mileages and you would get faster / lost weight / will show in your tummy going in. The greatness here is not short term benefits, but long term consistency. 
4. Fitness is a journey, chose a coach who enables you to be healthy 80% of the time - why 80%, because you have a life, and you would want to live it. If you are 100% healthy lifestyle, that is also not sustainable because it becomes a jail
5. Tim Tim has gone through a lot of injuries in her running and sports career, that is why just listen to her when she says, "don't do this"
6. A good coach is not always the one who knows what do do next, a great coach is always the one who knows what NOT to do!

What started as trial class has become my look forward workout week on week now.
Tim Tim brings that discipline and enthusiasm. the workouts are well paced-intense, mix of cardio, strength and core. 

I am on auto pilot mode now and 
I have been consistently doing 8k  (2 days run; 3 days fast walk) every day (mileage of 120-130 km every month) and pace has been consistent and strong finish. 

KP trek (till Bhatrammane) was not planned at all and I just tagged along with Anjana and Tim Tim. I wasn’t sure how much my knees would hold up, considering the terrain and elevation. To my surprise covered the distance in 90 mins …with out sweat …something which I would not have done without the discipline and rigour that Tim Tim brings into workouts.

Diet plans given by Tim Tim has kept my weight in check, feels lighter, I feel more energetic through out day. More over I have realised no need to eat than what you need. Had read about this before; but had never tried.

I have been trying to lose weight since past many years , I have enrolled myself in gym, Zumba and yoga classes but haven't mange to keep at it in any of the above for more than two weeks . I'm now in my fourth month right now with Timtim and loving the journey of weight loss with her immensely. The best thing about Timtim is how she makes it her personal goal to make me healthier and keep me motivated. She is always available for my queries and goes above and beyond to answer them. I have known TimTim more than4 years now. I was introduced to her by my husband who has been training with her since many years.when I spoke to her I knew that she was the perfect coach for me.

Today I would like to share my experience with TimTim. I was a person who never continued any exercise regime for more than two weeks. I would start off with great enthusiasm but would stop it.Probably because I lacked motivation. 
So when I was referred to her by a friend, I was reluctant knowing my past history. However,when my friend insisted on joining her trial class, I actually liked and enjoyed it. I enrolled for a month and then it went on and on. For me it an achievement within itself since it’s been 4 months now. 
I feel so very energetic now, having lost 6 kgs. The best part is that ,I just had to make slight diet changes and combined with her workouts worked wonders for me. But as she says, ‘consistency is the key’, I am now on a vacation, but make it a point to exercise every single day. Timtim’s exercises are different every day which makes every workout enjoyable. Also she breaks down each step and tells you the muscles it impacts. She has a vast and impressive knowledge on fitness . I got to know about TimTim from my friend Rupali..I  started my session during the mid of September 2021. And it was more like a magic with Timtim these months. Being a novice,  it was never easy for me to get adapted to the sessions initially, but it was completely her inspiring and positive attitude that made me stick to it. Her training is quite systematic. She adjusted my daily workouts plus my diet and I could witness the change in my physique within a month . She is very compassionate and dedicated. The true test of an excellent trainer is to be able to make a novice and also a veteran get better. Timtim has the ability to get the best out of someone, whether one is just starting off or is a seasoned pro. 
I've been working with Timtim since 2019 when she had helped me prepare for my first full marathon. These days she is my Yoga guru. During the marathon training phase, i was able to challenge myself and excel at my debut marathon, with a memorable training journey. These days under her guidance, I'm making a marathon journey towards getting stronger and more flexible through yoga. TimTim is able to give progressions and regressions for most asanas which helps everyone in our batch, ranging from someone as stiff as me(or maybe even more) to someone way more flexible than Timtim to get the maximum benefits of that asana. One of the best fitness trainer I have ever seen who have learnt it the hard way . I initially joined Tim Tim for a weekdays but those 5 classes with her changed my mind completely , the kind of energy and commitment she gets into every class is outstanding . She not only gives attention to each and every individual  during the class but takes the time nd effort even after the class to improve your posture , diet , lifestyle nd the list is never ending .I  know Tim Tim for almost 7 years now and she has very scientific approach towards fitness which most of the trainers don't .On a personal note my strength and stamina has reached a different place which I could only dream of.

For all you dietician sceptics (I used to be one) out there, TimTim Sharma cares for your food and exercise habits much more than you could and consistently keeps at ensuring you're not grazing off the path! She helps bust the 'but I hardly eat', 'I drink only on weekends', 'despite being a vegetarian' and 'diets don't work for me' widely heard complaints. I've had limited success with intermittent dieting and my weight loss has become a myth 🤣 until I met TimTim Sharma who explained the logic behind calorie consumption and burn and efficiencies of the human body! She corrects and converts to habits rather than fads, and the least you can do is get her advice. A huge thanks to her for helping me get my weighing scale at lower numbers that I hadn't seen in years

That’s what happened when I enrolled with TimTim. She is an amazing coach/trainer and is full of knowledge. She has guided me about running, cycling, strength & conditioning, chanting, yoga, diet and many more . She is very talented, detail oriented and structure workouts to individual needs.
She slides in new movements with such easy during our weekly workouts . Though am not easy with change, she makes it enjoyable. I look forward to her kickass sessions every week. The outcome is blatantly visible in both my physical and mental state. Although I say am dead at the end of a session, it is the part of the day that I look forward to the most.

Tim is this immense bundle of energy who constantly encourages you to push your limits while exceeding hers. I am not a big fan of online classes but after joining her morning sessions, I can see how she ensures she takes everyone along their journey of fitness. I feel guilty if I miss a session and have taken to actually letting her know of my schedule (not even my boss knows the whole picture) just so I get a pass! This because, she genuinely cares and not because she’ll get upset with sporadic attendance. Her training methods ensures everyone can do the exercises based on their level of fitness and comfort while all the time striving to go a bit further… have actually started to like yoga after joining her classes and am seeing the benefits, one movement at a time!
