Hi, I am TimTim Sharma. I am an Internationally Certified Fitness Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Nutrition Coach, I have been into Fitness since 1994 when I used to compete at the National Circuit in the sport of Equestrian. A coach since 2014, I have been helping individuals achieve their fitness goals - Be it improving sports performance, aesthetics, skill training or mobility.
