Journey so far:
I started horse-riding at the age of 9 and then pursued it passionately over the next 10 years, competing and winning at the National Circuit in the events of Show Jumping, Dressage, Hunter Trials, One day and Three Day Eventing.

Post this, I moved to New Zealand for further studies, completing my post-graduation in Finance. This was followed by a few years of working in the field of finance. 2011 bought me back home. While I was away from home, I also made poor lifestyle choices. Once I got back to India, started my second innings in fitness while working in the corporate world.

Started running in 2012, and witnessed improvement in terms of timing, ramping up the distance rapidly. Participated and won in all the prolific races in the amateur category across the country until 2014. Around the same time, I decided that fitness is my true passion and started studying and learning more about it while helping people along their journey in fitness.

Post SCMM 2014, I had a terrible injury which kept me off active sport for over 2 years. This is when I started yoga & cycling as an alternate form of fitness in early 2015.
Over the next two years I developed an immense love and intense passion for the sport of cycling. I competed in, and won multiple races in the city as part of the Bangalore Bicycling Championships. This has included multiple races in disciplines such as Time Trial, Mass start, Nandi Climbs etc. In addition, I have also completed the 200k, 300K, 400K and 600K distance self supported endurance rides earning the title of Superrandonneur.

In addition, Injury made me welcome swimming into my life with open arms and this led to me participating in Triathlons competing and winning the Open Women Olympic Distance Triathlon at Tri-Thonnur 2013 & 2017. It also forced me to understand the biomechanics of the human body; how training for specific sport, strength, endurance, conditioning and diet must be incorporated towards peak performance.
2017 was the year that I chose to resume my base-building for the sport of Long distance running. Effective 2019 I resumed participating in events with the HM distance at IDBI Federal NDM, TCS10K Bengaluru, IndiaBulls VVMM, Bengaluru Ultramarathon 25K and finishing Training Cycle 1 with TMM 2020 winning podiums in Age Category in all events. It was around the same time that saw me shift my career to my true passion of Fitness full-time.

Since then, I have worked and am working with multiple clients in helping them achieve their goals creating customised training plans for their personal goals - be it weight loss, weight gain or peak performance.
